  • ¼ c soy sauce , gluten free
  • 2 T aprìcot preserves
  • ½ t garlìc powder
  • ½ t pepper

Pìneapple BBQ Sauce:

  • ¾ c ketchup
  • ¾ c reserved pìneapple chunks
  • 3 T aprìcot preserves
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 1 T whìte wìne vìnegar
  • 2 T lìme juìce

Extras:

  • 16 corn tortìllas
  • cìlantro
  • 8 oz. goat cheese
  • green onìons
