INGREDIENTS
For Chocolaté Caké:
1½ cup all-purposé flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa powdér
1 téaspoon baking powdér
1 téaspoon baking soda
½ téaspoon salt
2 éggs
½ cup buttér on room témpératuré
1 cup milk
1 cup black cofféé
½ cup végétablé oil
For Frosting:
½ cup unsaltéd buttér
2 cup powdéréd sugar
1 téaspoon vanilla éxtract
1 cup héavy whipping créam
1 cup chocolaté

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For Chocolaté Caké:
  2. Préhéat ovén to 350 F.
  3. Buttér and flour 2 (8 inch) round caké pans and sét asidé.
  4. In a médium bowl, combiné all-purposé flour, cocoa powdér, baking powdér, baking soda and salt.
  5. In thé bowl of your mixér, béat buttér and sugar, on médium spééd for two minutés, until light and fluffy, add éggs oné at a timé, béating and scraping thé sidés of thé bowl aftér éach, add milk, black cofféé and oil and mix until smooth.
