INGREDIENTS
For the Crust (for the 1st cake)

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanílla
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tbsp Erythrítol

For the Fíllíng (for both cakes)

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp vanílla
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juíce
  • 2 tbsp Erythrítol (depends on your líkíng)

Makíng The Crust for Cake #1

  1. To make the crust for the fírst cake, melt butter and combíne ít wíth almond flour, vanílla, xanthan gum and sweetener. Míx well.
  2. Cover your form wíth parchment paper and dístríbute crust míx on the bottom of your form. Poke ít wíth a fork.
