CHERRY CHEESECAKE COOKIES RECIPES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/4 cups finely crushed graham round the bend (about one sleeve)
  • 1 cup general flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons leavening
  • 1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) unseasoned butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brownness sugar
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 4 ounces cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup refined sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning

  • cherry pie filling

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the kitchen appliance to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or siloxane baking mats.
  2. In a giant bowl, whisk along the cracker crumbs, flour and leavening.
  3. In a medium bowl, with an electrical mixer, beat along the butter and refined sugar till light-weight and fluffy; concerning two minutes. Add the ovalbumin and beat till well combined.
  4. Stir cracker mixture into butter mixture till simply combined.
  5. In another medium bowl, beat along the cheese and refined sugar till combined. Add in ingredient and vanilla and blend till swish.
  6. Using a medium cookie scoop (about two tablespoons), scoop out the cookie dough and place on ready baking sheets. Flatten slightly, pressing your thumb or a spherical activity teaspoon into the middle of the ball to make atiny low bowl form. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  7. Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into the indents of the cookies.
  8. Bake in preheated kitchen appliance for twelve minutes or till the filling is barely set and therefore the cookies ar gently golden.
  9. Allow to chill five minutes on the baking sheets before removing them and cooling utterly on a wire rack.
  10. Spoon cherry pie filling onto cooled cookies simply before serving.
