INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/4 cups finely crushed graham round the bend (about one sleeve)
- 1 cup general flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons leavening
- 1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) unseasoned butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brownness sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 4 ounces cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup refined sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the kitchen appliance to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or siloxane baking mats.
- In a giant bowl, whisk along the cracker crumbs, flour and leavening.
- In a medium bowl, with an electrical mixer, beat along the butter and refined sugar till light-weight and fluffy; concerning two minutes. Add the ovalbumin and beat till well combined.
- Stir cracker mixture into butter mixture till simply combined.
- In another medium bowl, beat along the cheese and refined sugar till combined. Add in ingredient and vanilla and blend till swish.
- Using a medium cookie scoop (about two tablespoons), scoop out the cookie dough and place on ready baking sheets. Flatten slightly, pressing your thumb or a spherical activity teaspoon into the middle of the ball to make atiny low bowl form. Repeat with the remaining dough.
- Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into the indents of the cookies.
- Bake in preheated kitchen appliance for twelve minutes or till the filling is barely set and therefore the cookies ar gently golden.
- Allow to chill five minutes on the baking sheets before removing them and cooling utterly on a wire rack.
- Spoon cherry pie filling onto cooled cookies simply before serving.
